Plaster, flour, yeast / Dimensions variable
The process of making dough and the use of plaster shares a fundamental similarity.
Both are created by mixing powder and liquid, generating heat during the blending process, which leads to chemical changes and transformation into new forms.
In a sense, this artwork that mimics the dough in its primary fermentation stage, before it becomes something else.
The dough is kneaded with yeast and flour, and both the expansion from primary fermentation and the chemical reaction of plaster occur simultaneously.
Thus, the dough acquires a paradoxical quality of time, holding within it the eternal state of primary fermentation.
